Friendly duel
Invite a friend to a duel with nothing at stake: neither the ranking nor your coins change.

A run of questions, 15 seconds each. The first mistake ends the game.

What is 17Quizz?
17Quizz is a free head-to-head mobile quiz game, published in France by Ak2rDev. Two players answer the same questions at the same time, and an ELO ranking measures each player’s level.
Is 17Quizz free?
Yes. Downloading and playing are free. The app shows ads and offers in-app purchases: coins, cosmetics and a Creator subscription. No purchase gives an advantage in a game.
Is 17Quizz available on Android?
17Quizz is available on iPhone from the App Store. On Android, the app is in open beta: anyone can join it from Google Play.
How does a duel work?
A duel pits two players against each other over 7 questions, the same for both. Each player has 13 seconds to answer, and the faster a correct answer is, the more points it earns. The best score wins; if the scores are level, the duel is a draw.
How does the ranking work?
The ranking is based on an ELO rating, as in chess. Every player starts at 1000 points, gains some after a win and loses some after a defeat, depending on the opponent’s level. Friendly duels do not count.
Can I play with my friends?
Yes. You can challenge a friend to a friendly duel, or create a tournament for 4 to 10 players that your friends join with a code or a link.
Can I create my own quizzes?
Yes. A quiz needs at least 7 questions, and it is reviewed by moderators before it is published. A free account can create 1 quiz every 7 days; the Creator subscription removes that limit.
Which languages can I play in?
French and English, for both the interface and the questions.
Do I need an account to play?
Yes. You sign in with an Apple or Google account, and you must be at least 15 years old. An internet connection is required: games are played online.
How do I delete my account?
From the app settings: you can download your data and delete your account there at any time.
